PROYECTO: DCPParquitectos (Pablo Pérez Palacios, Alfonso de  la Concha Rojas)

Tres Patios es un proyecto residencial ubicado en San Ángel al sur de la ciudad de México en un  terreno regular con un área de 10 x 20 mts.

Se buscó principalmente ampliar la sensación espacial y las visuales de cada parte del proyecto en varias direcciones, generando una mayor relación entre interior y exterior  y un diálogo constante entre lo vacío y lo construido.

El proyecto se resolvió creando un juego de tres patios traslapados uno con otro para dar a cada espacio construido la sensación de amplitud en todas las direcciones.

El proyecto está desarrollado en dos niveles y se aprovecha la azotea como terraza.

La planta baja alberga los espacios públicos los cuales se relacionan directamente con los patios haciendo que éstos funcionen como espacios de transición y como puntos de conexión entre las distintas partes del programa.

Se optó por utilizar el mismo material en el piso tanto en el interior como en el exterior para lograr la unidad y continuidad del espacio, así como para prolongar las visuales.

Tres Patios is a residential project located in San Angel, in the south of Mexico City. The plot is rectangular and its dimensions are 10×20 meters.

In this project we wanted to enlarge the spatial sensation and the visuals of each part of the house in different directions, generating a relation between interior and exterior and a constant dialogue between constructed and not constructed.

We created a game of three overlapped patios, giving each built space the sense of amplitude in all directions.

The project is solved in two levels and the rooftop becomes a habitable space too. All the public spaces are on the ground level and they have a direct relation with the patios, making them work as transition spaces and points of connection between the different parts of the program.

We decided to use the same material for the floor in the interior and the exterior to achieve a sense of unity and continuity of the space and to extend the visuals.
